• I understand that on signing up to participate in the King Street Brewhouse & Restaurant, King Street Wharf -  Hockey Night in Sydney Program I am eligible to receive 20% off the bar menu and $6 pints (some exclusions apply) for the duration of a Hockey Night event in Sydney. At no other times will this card be valid.

• I am over 18 years of age.
