Terms and Conditions

The King Street Brewhouse Card program is a complimentary Membership Program operated by Gr8 Pub Pty Ltd, (ABN 21 131 955 296) trading as King Street Brewhouse as agents for the participating venue. The Program is only available to members who are frequent visitors of King Street Brewhouse, Sydney.

1. To join the King Street Brewhouse Card Member Program, you must collect your card at King Street Brewhouse and register your details online at www.kingstbrewhouse.com.au Once registered, you can then begin to earn credit and enjoy membership benefits. You will be unable to redeem benefits until you complete your details online. Log in details for card: JSQ100001

2. As a welcome benefit to the King Street Brewhouse Card, you will be rewarded with AUD$5 credit once your details are completed online as above.

3. To earn King Street Brewhouse credit, you must present your card at KSB when making a purchase, which will then be swiped by a King Street Brewhouse Crew Member to record the purchase amount and credit earned from that purchase. If the card isn’t presented at time of purchase, no credit will be earned for that purchase. ie. Receipts won’t be accepted at a later time for credit accrual.

4. King Street Brewhouse credit can only be earned or redeemed in-store at King Street Brewhouse.

5. To earn King Street Brewhouse credit, the King Street Brewhouse Cardholder Member must be paying the bill.

6 King Street Brewhouse credit is accrued on the basis of 5 cents per AUD$1 spent at King Street Brewhouse. The King Street Brewhouse credit accumulates and can be redeemed for future purchases inKing Street Brewhouse for dine-in. Members may earn King Street Brewhouse credit on this ratio AUD$1 = 5 cents for a maximum of 10 people in any one transaction (excludes gratuity). King Street Brewhouse has the right to adjust this credit ratio at any time.

7. The King Street Brewhouse Card Program is not applicable to functions of 11 people or more.

8. The King Street Brewhouse Card allows you to load a dollar value onto your King Street Brewhouse Card for future purchases in store at King Street Brewhouse. This dollar value is a pre-payment only for the goods of King Street Brewhouse. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection, or deposit account is associated with the King Street Brewhouse.

9. Loading dollar credit onto your card will reward you with 5 cents per AUD$1 loaded.

10. Any amount loaded onto your card is non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash. If you cancel your membership, your loaded credit is non-refundable.

11. The minimum dollar value amount you can load onto your King Street Brewhouse Card is AUD$20. King Street Brewhouse may change the minimum amount at any time, without notice.

12. When redeeming a purchase with credit on your King Street Brewhouse Card, no additional credit will be accumulated.

13. King Street Brewhouse credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

14. King Street Brewhouse credit cannot be used as part-payment towards a purchase. The Card Member must have the whole amount of the transaction in credit to make their redemption for the entire transaction.

15. King Street Brewhouse credit cannot be earned in conjunction with any other special or offer.

16. To view your credit balance on the King Street Brewhouse Card, you must do so online at www.kingstbrewhouse.com.au

17. By registering your King Street Brewhouse Card, the member hereby gives permission for King Street Brewhouse to contact the member via the contact details provided. Due to privacy laws, individual account information will not be given to anyone other than the member whose name appears on the account.

18. All important notices will be communicated to members via electronic mail. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure their e-mail address has been provided and is correct. King Street Brewhouse accepts no responsibility if email communication has not been received by Members or for any delay in delivery due to technical disruption or other reasons.

19. King Street Brewhouse Card Members have access to change their personal details at any time via the website at www.kingstbrewhouse.com.au

21. King Street Brewhouse Card Members may be offered special promotions periodically that we feel will be of interest to you. These could be subject to additional terms and conditions.

22. King Street Brewhouse does not charge any fees for the issue, activation or use of your King Street Brewhouse Card.

23. Any discrepancy will only be honoured upon presentation and review of the restaurant receipt/s.

24. King Street Brewhouse credit cannot be credited retrospectively and can only be allocated to one account. Once King Street Brewhouse credit has been earned and awarded to one Membership Account, it cannot be transferred.

25. Membership privileges will only be extended to the King Street Brewhouse Card Member. Members must identify themselves to the King Street Brewhouse Crew Members on settling the bill by providing their Membership Card for credit accumulation purposes.

26. King Street Brewhouse reserves the right to remove credit from your member account that has been added incorrectly, without notice to the Card Member.

27. It is the individual member’s responsibility to notify King Street Brewhouse of any change in any personal details. If we are unable to contact a member within a 6-month period, we reserve the right to close the membership account. All King Street Brewhouse credit at that time will be forfeited.

28. King Street Brewhouse reserves the right to cancel a Membership at any time if it appears that the Membership is being used in any other way than which the program is designed.

29. King Street Brewhouse reserves the right to suspend the membership of any Card Member in the event that large credit loads accumulate on your King Street Brewhouse membership account pending investigation into that credits’ accumulation.

30. King Street Brewhouse is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen cards. The card is to be treated like cash. Any outstanding credit in those instances will be forfeited.

31. Federal, state or other taxes resulting from King Street Brewhouse credit earned or redeemed are the sole responsibility of the member.

32. The program has no predetermined lifespan and may continue until such time as GR8 Pub Pty. Ltd, in its sole discretion, elects to designate a termination date.

33. If the program is cancelled at any time, all King Street Brewhouse credit at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.

34. Should the King Street Brewhouse Card Member program be unable to operate as intended, for reasons outside of King Street Brewhouse control such as computer virus or unauthorized intervention that affects the security of the programs administration and information, King Street Brewhouse reserves the right to cancel or modify the program.

35. King Street Brewhouse reserves the right to change, limit, add or delete any of the program rules, terms, conditions, credit benefits, in whole or in part, at any time, as its sole discretion, with or without notice. Members may not rely upon the continued availability of any benefit.

36. In all matters, all decisions of King Street Brewhouse will be final and cannot be contested. The Member here by agrees to accept such decisions.

37. Other than as provided herein neither the program nor any benefit offering or the like relating to the program shall be construed as or constitute a contract or otherwise establish a contractual relationship between GR8 Pub Pty. Ltd. and the member.
