All week long we will serving up Red Tape tasting paddles with the Mac Daddy Bacon ‘n’ Cheese balls for $20. The balls are stuffed with bacon, macaroni and cheese and finished with our house made smoky BBQ sauce with a side of blue cheese dipping sauce topped with crunchy bacon bits.
A Brewhouse Broil & Barrel Release

Don’t wear your fancy duds, this could get messy. Imagine a bench table with newspaper as the table cloth, buckets of broiled seafood, potatoes and corn, great company and of course even better beers! Come and Join Red Tape’s Head Brewer Sam Clayman and the team at King St Brewhouse as we feast on buckets of seafood and some traditional American staples whilst being the first people to try THREE exciting new brews, developed specifically for Sydney Craft Beer Week.
Sam has aged a Stout and also a Bier De Garde in an Ex-Lark whisky barrel, hand bottled them and cellared them specifically for this event. Also he will be tapping for the first time, straight from the brewery, his new Seasonal Saison and there will also be a few of the staples from the brewery to try on the day too.
